People hire a coach for many reasons, they may feel “stuck” or at a “standstill” but mostly because they desire to see growth.  Coaching clients often have specific goals, or dreams, or a vision toward which they feel strongly drawn, and they wish to discern these goals with more clarity and then discover how best to act upon them. Most coaching clients hold a desire for deeper, more fulfilling, more God-honoring growth in their lives.

How Christian Coaching Advances God’s Purposes

What We Offer

Christian life Coaching is Christ-centered, and biblically based. It is a Holy Spirit-empowered self-discovery process that focuses on an individual’s life purpose. Focusing in on areas that need hope, understanding, and healing, and helping clients align their lives with the purposes of God. A Christian coach serves as a guide, mentor, and counselor, and prayer minister providing individuals with practical application and tools and strategies to overcome past wounds, struggles or difficulties. And live a healthy, full, and productive life in Christ.

Career Coaching is an approach that integrates Christian beliefs, values, and biblical truths into the coaching process. A Christian career coach serves as a guide, mentor, and counselor, providing individuals with practical tools and strategies and having the ability to help clients integrate their faith into their career journeys. Each client determines how and to what extent they want to explore the impact of their faith on their career issues and goals.

Corporate Coaching is utilizing biblical principles as the foundation in the workplace, and establishing effective leadership and communication, teamwork, and collaboration, which in turn increases productivity and employee retention. Establishing clear workplace policies and processes and structure. Available for Facilitation, Training and Team Building.

Everyone in certain seasons of life, or at one time or another needs support, encouragement, and someone who can see and help us uncover the God given talent, abilities and strengths in us, when we are unable to see it for ourselves. We all need people who can share wisdom and guidance and advice and help us in a process of self-discovery, so we can begin to see ourselves the way that God does.

How Christian Coaching is Distinct from Other Service Professions

Professional Christian coaching differs in important ways from other people-helping relationships, such as mentoring, psychology, consulting, and counseling. If coaches are to elicit solutions and strategies from the client, it follows that coaches must work in an ‘inside-out’ manner — they seek to draw out what is already inside the client.

“For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.” Psalms 139:13-14

What is the Difference Between Coaching and Counseling?

Counselors and therapists are, like consultants they are hired for their expertise. They have specialized training. They are skilled in uncovering underlying reasons for dysfunction and debilitating conditions such as depression, anxiety, and other mood and thoughts disorders.

Christian coaching is about stability and growth and practicing applying to daily life what we have learned. Whereas psychotherapy and counseling are primarily about the past and present, coaching is primarily about the future. A person in need of healing is not yet ready for coaching and should consider being referred to a trained therapist. There are more basic issues to be addressed before they can effectively pursue greater fulfillment.

Why Christian Coaches are Like Detectives

Coaches are much more like detectives. Think about it. Detectives don’t show up with all the answers. Detectives question. Detectives probe and dig, they search for clues, they form hypotheses, and they work hunches. And through the process of intentional inquiry and clarification, they draw out answers. Through questioning they determine whodunit and why and how. The analogy of a detective forms the core of our definition of Christian coaching, and it’s the reason that a foundational scripture is:
