A few questions to ask yourself….

1. HOW AM I… defining my worth and my value?
2. WHO AM I ALLOWING … to define my worth and my value?

A Healthy sense of self worth and self esteem are important components to
every relationship we have, and every person we interact with.

*Healthy self-worth helps us set healthy Boundaries with people. I Get to say… what makes me feel, safe, heard, what is acceptable and what is not acceptable! Remember healthy people respect healthy boundaries!

*We can re-set our inner dialogue -stop listening to negative self talk, or things others have said about you, just because they said it DOES NOT mean it is true.
( No stink’n think’n!)

* Build yourself up by creating healthy consistent habits and schedules, celebrating wins and successes. Remember the Positive Feedback, choose to learn from the negative, or constructive criticism, choose to keep a learning mindset and practice humility.

*Release guilt, shame and failure! Your past does NOT get to define your future! Its what happened to me, IT IS NOT who I am!

*Identify “your needs” and choose to consistently align your life and choices with them.

Ephesians 2:10 says this… “For we are God’s handiwork ( or masterpiece), created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
